    Libertad de Información

    La libertad de información puede ser considerada un derecho.

    Pero no podemos hacer valer un derecho vulnerando otro.

    Existen límites.

    Ahora bien, habría que definir esos límites.

    Si limitar la libertad de información es censura entonces estamos ante un debate de carácter político.

    Pero si limitarla equivale a no vulnerar derechos de autor, entonces lo que estamos haciendo es hacer valer ambos derechos, por lo menos hipotéticamente.

    Lo que sí nos parece es que el derecho no se ha actualizado conforme a las nuevas relaciones que se estuvieron generando, gracias a la tecnología digital, en los últimos diez años (más o menos).

    Hay quién dice que el derecho norma las reglas de convivencia.

    ¿Si es así, cómo pueden convivir dos derechos que se contradicen (aparentemente)?

    Y esta es la cuestión de fondo.

    Pero, como hemos intentado advertir anteriormente en uno de nuestros posts, la información digitalizada es el núcleo del debate. Información que puede o no estar protegida por copyright.

    Pero también, la información digitalizada casi diríamos que no esta suficientemente reglada.

    Conclusión (una de tantas posibles): es necesario definir qué es y qué no es información digitalizada, además de qué normas no contradictorias se le aplicarían a la misma.
